Harris CEO Howard Lance was a featured guest on today's "Morning Call" on CNBC. During his interview with "Morning Call's" co-host Becky Quick, Mr. Lance talked about yesterday's agreement under which Harris' Microwave Communications Division and Stratex Networks will combine operations to form a new company named Harris Stratex Networks, Inc. Mr. Lance joined the program live via satellite from the Phillip W. Farmer Customer Briefing Center in Melbourne, Florida.
