Our Employee Resource Groups(ERG's) play a critical role to the success of our organization. GRAD offers these employees opportunities to achieve their full potential in leadership and their technical careers at Harris by providing personal and professional development seminars, promoting social networks, creating a healthy lifestyle through sporting events, and extending a hand in the community. GRAD also acts as a resource to help acclimate these recent college graduates to the sandy beaches of Melbourne, FL, and their work life at Harris Corporation. Managed by a committee of recent college graduates, you will always find something fun to be a part of while working at Harris.
