Logistics

General Information

The NASA Precipitation Measurement Missions (PMM) Science Team Meeting will be held August 4-7, 2008 at the Marriott Hotel in Ft. Collins, CO. The hotel is located at 350 East Horsetooth Road, Fort Collins, CO. A draft agenda will be available at a later date and will be posted on this web site.

Registration

Conference registration check-in will be held 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 3. Conference registration check-in will continue on Monday, August 4 beginning at 7:30 a.m. The pre-registration cutoff is Friday, July 18, 2008.

Meals

Continental breakfast, morning refresh, working lunch and an afternoon break will be provided August 4-6. Only continental breakfast and a morning refresh will be provided on August 7. On August 4, light refreshments will be served during the poster session. A working dinner is planned for August 6.

Allowable Government Per Diem

The per diem rates for the Ft. Collins area are $85 for lodging and $44 for M&IE. On travel days, you will receive 75% of the meal per diem, which works out to be $33. To receive any per diem, you must be on travel for at least 12 hours.
