Harris Corporation to Host Annual Analyst Meeting Webcast

MELBOURNE, Florida, May 3, 2007 — Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS) will host a live audio webcast and listen-only conference call on Tuesday, May 8, at 8:30 a.m. ET in conjunction with its annual analyst meeting being held in New York City. The webcast and call will include presentations on the company's business overview, strategy and financial review by Howard L. Lance, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Gary L. McArthur, vice president and chief financial officer.

The webcast will be broadcast live via the Internet at http://www.harris.com/webcast. The dial-in number for the conference call is 785-830-1916, access code 6084550. A replay of the conference call is available at 719-457-0820, access code 6084550 from 5 p.m. May 8 (ET) through midnight (ET) on Tuesday, May 15.
