401(k) Retirement Plan

Contribute pre-tax, after-tax and Roth after-tax dollars to the 401(k) plan. Once employees have completed one year of service, the company adds a 6 percent company matching contribution on a portion of the eligible compensation saved. After four years of Harris service, employees are fully vested in the value of their match.

Disability

Short-term Disability – Receive company-paid protection for up to 12 weeks of continuing income (65 percent-100 percent of eligible pay) in case of illness or injury.

Long-term Disability – Expand continuing income protection in the event of a longer-term disability with benefits payable until recovery, death or reaching the plan’s limit.
