Cultivating Diverse Leadership
We are committed to developing diverse leaders and ensuring gender equality at Harris. We are working hard to improve gender representation at all levels of our company. We’ve made good progress, with women filling one-third of our executive positions, which has nearly doubled over the past several years.

Employee Resource Groups
Harris’ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups that connect those with shared values and interests. They host activities focused on networking, professional and leadership development, and community outreach. Our ERGs help attract, develop, engage and retain a high performing, diverse workforce.
Passion for Community Relations & STEM Development

Our global Community Relations personify the values of our employees and are fundamental to our company’s culture. Harris encourages employees to engage with their local community. HEART—Harris Employees Actively Responding Together—is Harris’ enterprise-wide service initiative. HEART provides a single platform for the company’s wide-ranging community and volunteer efforts around the globe.
Fostering the next generation of innovators by supporting STEM enrichment programs, especially among underserved communities, is a key focus area for HEART and our Employee Resource Groups. Harris funds research, internships and educational activities at universities, and partners with them to help shape curriculums to ensure students have the necessary skills and are well prepared to enter the workforce. As we celebrate cultural heritage months, the HEART program also ties in volunteer opportunities for our employees to increase awareness around diversity and inclusion.
