Aeronautical Mobile Aircraft Communication System (AeroMACS)

Harris AeroMACS can be used by general aviation pilots and crews to gain access to System Wide Information Management (SWIM) data and improve flight safety. It provides real-time updates to aircraft and supports clearance negotiations and taxi instructions.

Connectivity, Communication and Data for Aviation Services

AeroMACS connects aircraft and support vehicles on the airport surface to airport navigational aids and remote aviation services. Through data links to uncontrolled airports, AeroMACs supports taxi instructions upon arrival at an airport, flight plan management, data communication augmentation, special access aerospace information and meteorological data.
